Winter Break

Happy Holidays to everyone!! I hope you're all having a fun break! Just a reminder to be taking pictures for our December theme, Holidays/Winter. Please pick a fave photo and send it in asap! Our meeting will be on Jan. 7th when we come back from break. Thanks!

Official Meeting

I apologize for all of the confusion the last couple of weeks, but our official Food themed powerpoint will be shown on Monday 12/7 in the usual spot. Don't stress if you didn't get your picture in for this month, but instead be really focused and on top of it for next month!! The new theme will be holidays/winter. Take pics throughout December and especially during winter break. Then send them in asap for our meeting in January. Thanks!

Buddies Without Boundaries

This event turned out so well and I was very pleased with out turnout!! Thanks to all who came, the pictures are perfect!!! I tried uploading to here several times but for some reason blogger wouldn't accept photos from any of our cameras! I'm sorry about that, but hopefully I will find another way to display them on here :)

Please be taking pics of food for our monthly theme and don't forget your camera at Thanksgiving!! When we come back from break on Dec. 3rd we will meet and show our Poweerpoint. Thanks

Officers

It's time to elect some new club officers. These are the respoinsiblities of each. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP via a comment on this blog or through email.

Vice President:
-Must make each monthly powerpoint and bring it to school on a flashdrive once a month
- Must be willing to participate in any events we have
-Must attend every meeting possible
- Must be willing to help with any business during meetings that needs to be taken care of like collecting voting ballots, making a list on the board, etc.

Secretary:
-Take attendance each meeting
-Keep track of calendar and upcoming events
-Record business taken care of for each meeting
-Turn in record slips to the ASB office

If you are currently an officer, you are more than welcome to run for office a second time :)

November Theme

Buddies Without Boundaries

Once again, Buddies without Boundaries will be this Saturday, November 7th. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN COME. In other words, don't just show up without giving me a heads up. Please also make an effort to come. We have hardly anyone signed up for it. This will count for volunteer hours!!! We will be meeting at my house at 10:40ish. We will eat some lunch type food and then walk down to founders park for the walk which starts at 11 am. We should be done with our job around 1:00. Please bring a camera cleared of memory and fully charged. Thanks!!

Hey everyone! Please be considering if you think you want to run for a club officer! We will be voting sometime soon on a new vice president and secretary. These people need to be responsible, reliable and take the job seriously.
